"I was just scammed out of thousands of dollars. Do not deal with this office. Melissa Bennet is the main contact person not Lea Moore and she will take all of your money and have your bills over/past due. I paid my bills three months ahead. I specifically told her exactly what was being paid and how. I paid more than what bill was to cover three additional months. I spoke with Melissa Bennett several times to conduct a phone payment. I notified her specifically my payments were to pay my bills ahead as I was taking a leave of absence from work. Each time to stated “I’m paying in advance because I won’t be working”. We both calculated the amount and I paid. Over the course of three months I paid almost $3,000. Yet i have a past due balance of $400 with notice of cancellation if I don’t pay this month. My car insurance should be paid up until April as to when I would go back to work. Melissa asked my to STILL pay more. I have been with state farm for years and pays my bills in advance with no problems even after adding a new car. This ordeal is making me sick to my stomach. This is not just my car but also my daughter’s. How will i be able to even return back to work with cancelled insurance. This should never happen. RUN FAR FROM MELISAA BENNET AND LES MOORE STATE FARM OFFICE"

I was calling to pay but Mrs. Bennett and her rudeness and unwillingness to be professional and respectful. Les Moore never returned my phone's calls even before I got cancelled.
